After a modern transformation and renovation works to this Cronulla property. The clients saw the importance of following through the house theme into the garden, and chose to engage the full range of landscaping services with Impressions.

Matching the house and the garden designs was of key importance and the plant design brief was for hardy low maintenance architectural plants that would complement yet make a statement when viewed from the street frontage.

The starting point in uniting the property begun with a part-length front fence to create a formal boundary, yet promoting openness and a welcoming entry. The front fence was rendered and painted to match the house, powder-coated white slats were chosen to tie in with the window shutters and provide a crisp contrast.

Further inspiration was drawn from this also through the use of a white slatted side fence, which gives continuity to the landscape design. This fence creates a perfect backdrop for showcasing the colour and texture of the Magnolia ‘Little Gems’ and a bold,  industrial stylized steel wall art which acts as the main garden focus.

Colour matched contemporary paving with coloured grout was selected for the driveway surface with the entry steppers and the garden edging utilising the same paving material.
